The moment a business has a second person on the till, the owner's password starts travelling: written on a sticky note, typed into a shared phone, known to someone who left in March. ListGOPH gives every business three roles instead, so each person signs in as themselves and sees exactly the branches and tools they work with.

The three roles

RoleWhoSees
OwnerThe person who claimed the listingsEverything under their account: every listing, the plan and billing, staff, all reports
ManagerA trusted senior per branchThe listings they are assigned to, and the staff who share those listings with them
StaffCashiers, receptionists, therapists, front deskThe listings they are assigned to, and their own records

Inviting someone

  1. Open Staff in your dashboard and enter the person's name and email.
  2. Choose the role, staff or manager, and tick the listings they work at. One or several.
  3. They receive an invitation email from ListGOPH with a link to set their own password. The link is valid for seven days and can be re-sent.

You never see or set their password. If someone leaves, remove them from the Staff page and their access ends at once, with every sale and punch they ever recorded still in your history under their name.

The line between manager and staff is drawn at the two actions that touch money and identity: voiding a sale and approving a face replacement. Everything else a manager does, a staff member can also do for their own listing.

How "team" is worked out

A manager's team is not "everyone in the company". It is the staff who are assigned to at least one listing the manager is also assigned to. Assign a manager to the Mandaue branch and they manage the Mandaue staff, not the Lapu-Lapu ones, even though both branches belong to you. Assign them to both and they manage both.

A two-branch setup, step by step

  1. Claim both listings, say Cebu City and Mandaue, so both sit under your owner account.
  2. Invite the Cebu City supervisor as a manager, ticking only the Cebu City listing. Do the same for Mandaue.
  3. Invite each cashier and receptionist as staff, ticking their branch.
  4. Someone who floats between branches gets both listings ticked.
  5. Each person sets their password from the email, signs in, and sees only their branch's POS, bookings and clock.
  6. You open the consolidated sales report and see both branches on one screen.

Frequently asked questions

Can I promote a staff member to manager later?

Yes. Change the role on the Staff page; their assignments stay the same.

Can a manager invite staff?

No. Adding and removing people, and paying for the plan, stay with the owner.

Do staff accounts cost extra?

Staff and manager accounts are part of the Featured and Premium plans; see Plans and Billing for the number included.
