ListGOPH lets you ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it, at any time and without giving a reason. This page explains exactly how to do that, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

Use the form below. It opens with the subject and the questions we need already filled in — just complete the blanks and send it.

Request Account Deletion

Please tell us:

  • The email address on the account.
  • If you signed in with Facebook or Google, which one — your account may have no password of its own.
  • Whether you want the whole account deleted, or only certain data (for example your reviews, but keep the account).

We reply to confirm we have received the request, then complete it and email you once it is done. We may ask one question to confirm you own the account — this protects you from someone else deleting your data.

Prefer email? Write to support@listgoph.com with the subject “Account Deletion”.

If you signed in with Facebook

Removing ListGOPH from your Facebook settings stops any further sharing between Facebook and us, but it does not by itself delete the account you already hold with ListGOPH. To have that removed, email us as described above.

To remove the app on Facebook’s side: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select ListGOPH, then Remove.

What Gets Deleted

When you ask us to delete your account, we remove:

  • Your name, email address and password hash.
  • Your profile photo and any profile details you entered.
  • The link between your ListGOPH account and any Facebook or Google account, including the provider’s user identifier and the email address it shared with us.
  • Your saved and compared listings, and your itineraries.
  • Any visit records held against your account.

What May Remain

We would rather tell you this plainly than surprise you later. A few things cannot simply vanish:

  • Reviews and public contributions. These stay visible but are detached from you and shown as anonymous, because deleting them outright would distort the ratings other people rely on. If you would rather they were removed entirely, say so in your email and we will delete them.
  • Business listings you own. If you manage a business listing, tell us whether it should be removed or transferred to another owner. We will not silently delete a business that other people depend on, and we will not keep it against your wishes.
  • Records we must keep. A small amount of data may be retained where the law, a security investigation, or an unresolved dispute requires it. It is kept only for that purpose and only for as long as necessary.
  • Backups. Copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups age out on their normal cycle.

How Long It Takes

We remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of confirming your request, which matches the commitment in our Privacy Policy. Most requests are completed well inside that window.

Deleting Only Some of Your Data

You do not have to delete everything. You can ask us to remove specific items — a single review, your profile photo, your visit history — and keep using ListGOPH. Just say what you want removed in your email.

Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, object to how it is processed, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
