Welcome to ListGOPH. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ListGOPH.

1. The Service

ListGOPH is a community directory of places and businesses in Cebu City. Users can discover listings, write reviews, build itineraries, compare places, and suggest new listings. Business owners can manage their pages, hours, photos, and announcements. Listing details are provided by businesses and the community — we work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that hours, prices, or availability are always current.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Business owner and staff accounts may only manage listings they genuinely own or are authorized to represent.
  • We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to manipulate ratings.

3. Reviews, Photos & Other Content

  • Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. One review per listing per user; you may update it.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing, or misleading — including fake reviews, paid reviews, or reviews of your own or a competitor's business.
  • You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant ListGOPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform in connection with the relevant listings.
  • We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove content that violates these terms, and may revoke badges granted to users or listings.

4. Badges & Blog Posts

Verified and specialty badges (such as Tour Guide, Blogger, Foodie, Traveler, Camper) are granted and maintained at our discretion and signal community standing, not endorsement. Blogger-badge holders may publish posts on listing pages; posts must follow the same content rules as reviews.

5. Business Listings

  • Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, announcements, and business hours.
  • Featured placement is limited and managed by ListGOPH; it does not alter ratings or reviews.
  • Ownership transfers and staff access are administered through the dashboard and may be reversed in cases of dispute or fraud.

6. Location Features

The mobile app's visit tracking is optional and requires your permission. "Visited" tags are informational. Always use your own judgment when travelling — ListGOPH is not responsible for conditions at any listed place.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape the Platform at scale, probe or disrupt our systems, circumvent rate limits, impersonate others, or use the Platform to send spam. API access is provided for the official mobile app and integrations we approve.

8. Intellectual Property

The ListGOPH name, logo, and Platform design are our property. Listing information, user content, and photos belong to their respective owners. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under their open license.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reviews and ratings are the opinions of their authors, not of ListGOPH. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ListGOPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your dealings with any listed business.

10. Termination

You may stop using ListGOPH or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

11. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes shall be brought before the courts of Cebu City.
