"Pila ni?" is the most common message a Cebu business receives. Half of them stop the moment your prices are online. The What We Offer section on your ListGOPH listing is where they go, and it is deliberately not called a menu, because a dentist's service list and a pension house's room types belong there as much as a carinderia's viands.

What goes in it

Groups and items. A group is a heading ("Rice Meals", "Hair Services", "Rooms"); an item is a name, a price, and optionally a short description. That is all a customer needs to decide, and all you need to maintain.

  • A cafe: Coffee, Pastries, Rice Meals, with each drink and its price.
  • A salon: Haircut, Colour, Treatments, with the price per service and a note such as "long hair add ₱200".
  • A pension house: Standard Room, Family Room, with the nightly rate.
  • A clinic: Consultation, Cleaning, X-ray, so patients know before they sit down.

Two ways to show it

Choose how the section looks on your public page: a compact list, best for long menus and price lists people scan quickly, or cards, better for a short menu where each item deserves a bit of space. Switch between them any time; the items do not change.

The same list runs your till and your bookings

You enter each item and its price once. The POS rings up exactly these items, so a price change on the menu is a price change at the till the same minute. Mark an item bookable and it grows a Book button for online booking, by time slot or by the night.

Your listing QR code

Every listing has a QR code, generated in your dashboard with one tap and downloadable as an image. Scanning it opens your listing page: the menu with prices, the Open Now badge, the Book buttons, directions, and the review form.

Where to put it:

  • The table tent, so a family reads the menu on their phones while the server brings water.
  • The counter, for the queue that would otherwise ask "unsa inyong naa?"
  • The door, so someone passing at 10 PM sees your hours and tomorrow's prices.
  • The receipt and the tricycle sticker, for the review ask.

Print it at any size; the code carries error correction and still scans from a slightly crumpled flyer.

Why a QR menu on a directory beats a PDF

  • It is never out of date. Edit a price in the dashboard and the QR shows the new one. No re-printing, no re-uploading a PDF to Facebook.
  • It loads on a slow connection. Text and prices, not a 6 MB image of a laminated menu.
  • It is searchable. Your listing page is indexed by Google, so "silog Mandaue" can lead to your rice meals.
  • It does something. A PDF cannot take a booking or a review. Your listing can.

Setting it up in ten minutes

  1. Claim your listing.
  2. Open What We Offer in your dashboard and add your groups, then your items with prices.
  3. Pick list or cards for the public display.
  4. Tick Bookable on anything customers should be able to reserve.
  5. Open your listing's QR code, download it, and print it for the counter and the tables.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hide an item that is out of stock?

Remove it or edit the price note to "not available today". Because the same list feeds the till, keeping the menu honest also keeps your sales report honest.

Do customers need the app?

No. The QR opens a normal web page in any phone camera.

Which plan includes the menu and the QR code?

The menu listing and the listing QR code are part of the Featured and Premium plans.

Your prices are already public the moment someone asks in a comment. Put them where they help you sell.
