A notebook by the cash box works until the day you need to know what Saturdays actually earn, or which branch is quietly losing money, or why the drawer is short. The ListGOPH POS is a till that runs in the browser of the phone or tablet you already own, and it answers those questions without an accountant.
Ringing up a sale
The till shows your menu, the same What We Offer list customers see on your listing, arranged the way you choose. Tap an item to add it, tap again to add another of the same, adjust quantities, apply a discount if you give one, and take the payment.
- Payment methods: cash, GCash, card or other, recorded on the sale.
- Cash handling: enter the amount tendered and the till shows the change. It refuses a tender lower than the total, so a mistyped amount cannot go through.
- Bookings: a confirmed booking can be pulled into the sale, and several bookings can be settled on one receipt.
Receipts that add up
Prices on your menu are the prices customers pay, VAT included, the way every Philippine price tag works. Set your VAT rate once per listing (12% for most registered businesses, 0 if you are not VAT-registered) and each receipt shows the vatable sale and the VAT amount worked back from the total. Totals are calculated in centavos, so the receipt always matches the drawer, never off by a centavo from rounding.
Receipts are numbered per listing in an unbroken sequence, stamped with the till's own clock, and can be printed or shown on screen. Two cashiers ringing up at the same second cannot get the same number.
Voids, with a reason
Mistakes happen. A sale can be voided by the owner or a manager, and only with a reason, which stays on the record. Staff cannot void. The voided sale drops out of the reports but never out of the history.
Sales reports by day, week and month
This is the part the notebook could never do. The report counts sales, not items: how many transactions, the gross, the discounts, the net, and the VAT, laid out as an accountant would want them.
| View | What you see |
|---|---|
| Daily | One row per day, on Manila calendar days, so a sale at 11:50 PM lands on the right date. |
| Weekly | Monday-to-Sunday weeks, clipped to the month you picked so the totals reconcile with the monthly view. |
| Monthly | One row per month, the number you compare year on year. |
Every view exports to CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets and is what your bookkeeper actually wants.
Several branches, one report
An owner with listings in Cebu City, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu gets a consolidated report across all of them, with a per-listing table underneath. You see the whole business and each branch on one screen, and you can still open any branch on its own.
Staff, managers and the till
Every sale records who rang it up. Staff you invite are assigned to specific listings and see only those tills. Managers can also void sales for the listings they manage. Nobody needs your password.
Who it suits
- Eateries and cafes with a lunch rush: fast taps, quick cash, a daily total before you lock up.
- Salons and spas: services on the menu, bookings settled at checkout, a weekly view to plan staffing.
- Pension houses: room nights as items, GCash and card recorded properly.
- Multi-branch retail: consolidated monthly report, managers per branch, voids controlled.
Getting started
- Claim your listing and fill in What We Offer with prices.
