Most directories stop at a page with your phone number on it. ListGOPH kept going. Behind every claimed listing is a small back office built for the kind of businesses Cebu actually has: a salon with four chairs, a pension house with twelve rooms, an eatery that gets slammed at lunch and quiet at three.

None of it needs a separate app, a subscription to a foreign service, or a laptop. It runs in the browser on the phone you already have. Here is the tour, tool by tool.

1. Menu listing: What We Offer

List what you sell with prices, grouped the way you group them at the counter. Customers see it on your public page before they call or walk in, which cuts the "how much is the…" messages by half. Restaurants use it for the menu, salons for the service list, clinics for consultation types, pension houses for room types.

The same list feeds the POS below, so you enter a price once.

2. Online booking

Customers pick a date and time on your page and book. You or your staff confirm, and the customer gets a booking pass by email. Walk-ins and phone bookings go in through the same screen as counter bookings, entered by staff with just an email or a phone number, so one calendar holds everything.

At settlement time a booking is pulled straight into a sale on the till, so nothing is typed twice.

3. POS: a till that fits in your pocket

Tap items from your menu, adjust quantities, take the payment and print or send the receipt. Prices are VAT-inclusive and totals are centavo-safe, so the receipt matches the drawer.

  • Sales reports by sale, not by item, the way an accountant wants them: daily, weekly and monthly, in Manila time, with CSV export.
  • Consolidated reporting. An owner with three branches sees one report across all of them, with a per-listing breakdown.
  • Voids with a reason. A sale can be voided by the owner or a manager, and the reason is kept.

4. Staff and managers

Invite staff by email. They set their own password from the invitation, so you never share yours. Assign each person to one listing or several. Managers get a bit more: they can void sales and approve staff requests for the listings they manage, without touching your billing or your other branches.

5. Staff DTR with face clock-in

The daily time record that used to be a notebook by the door is now a camera. Staff enrol their face once, then clock in and out by looking at the phone or tablet at the counter. Liveness checks stop a photo of a face from working.

  • Enrolment is done once. Re-enrolling, for a new haircut or a new phone, needs the owner's approval, so nobody quietly swaps a face.
  • The DTR report shows in and out times per staff member per day, with hours worked, and exports to CSV for payroll.
  • Works per listing, so staff assigned to your Mandaue branch clock in at Mandaue.

6. Listing QR code

Every listing has a QR code. Print it on the counter, the door, the receipt or the tricycle. Scanning opens your page with the menu, the booking button and the review form. This is the single easiest way to collect reviews from people who are already happy and standing in front of you.

7. Visitor report and listing analytics

See how many people viewed your page each day, which days are busiest, and where they came from. If a Friday promo doubles your views, you know it worked. Premium adds full analytics with export.

8. Pinned announcements

Pin a notice to the top of your page: holiday hours, a new branch, a promo that ends Sunday. It stays put until you take it down, unlike a post that scrolls away in an hour.

9. Open Now and the weather

Two small things customers notice. The Open Now badge is computed from the hours you set, so you never have to flip it by hand. And the listing shows the current weather at your location, which matters more than you would think for a beach resort in Mactan or a mountain campsite in Dalaguete.
